yeah 2.1 looks sweet from that video on the eris. wish he would have shown browser speed and the 2 new htc widgets. the friend, and news ones. ide like to know if lagginess has also been corrected...

its only released on testers phones.... so one or two of them recorded it and leak it out... that's why nobody else has gotten it. its a controlled roll out. probably why they don't talk or don't show any kind of identifying anything so they don't get in trouble legally. Beta/Alpha testers get all kinds of access... but if you divulge to much you get banned and no more preview rights allowed.

As always, we are still in Q1... only days left before anyone can officially complain about 2.1 not being on their Eris. heh.

You don't have to believe me, but you'll never see proof of something failing. It's not like VZW would pit out a press release, right? What would you consider proof that it failed anyway? A Twitter account? LOL
