My current setup is:

ADW Launcher (with the dock hidden, 5 columns, 7 rows.)
Minimalistic Text
Desktop Visualizer.
WP7 - Revolution Theme

Icons - Overdue for iPhone (It's an iPhone theme, but I downloaded it for the icons.)

Am I crazy for liking this? It is pretty dang plain. Homescreen is loaded with shortcuts. The middle is my clock shortcut with weather, bottom right is web browser, bottom left is email, upper left is gallery, upper right is market... they are there just invisible

You aren't crazy...I like minimal screens as well

So, I finally bought Launcherpro Plus now that it's available in the Market. I've been fiddling with my phone all day (as usual) and I love how you can overlap widgets and change the size. Not sure which layout I like best.
