Power button and Volume Rocker PROBS

I have a note tab 2 10.1 and the power button is not very responsive any more it still functions but you have to press down pretty hard. My other issue is the volume rocker is also not responsive at all and only works sometimes. Does anyone have any suggestions or know what the warranty terms are??

Usually 12 months parts and labor from purchase date on new equipment.
Refurbished can be anywhere from 30 to 90 days.
It doesn't cover misuse, accidental damage or spills.
