PPTP connection question. plz help. thanks!

Dear All
I got PPTP setup on my windows 10, and works fine when connect via my home internet to my office.
However, when I connect my pc to the U12+ wifi hotspot, it fails to build up the connection.
Is there any setting I should change either on the pc or U12+ to make it works?
Please kindly help.

The PC should be set to plain old DHCP.

The PC is set to DHCP all the time. the only different is connect to home internet wifi router, and connect to mobile wifi hotspot.
