Pre-ordering with Best Buy

That's another question then. If I get an email that Thursday saying to pickup will they allow me to? Or will they turn me away because it's not the 23rd?

Same for me. Granted, I have a trade-in, so I have to go in store, but I don't expect it to change. And with any luck, I might get an early pickup email.

I remember the Note8, they let people that pre-ordered, pick them up early to alleviate the expected influx of people picking up or trying to purchase on release day. But then again, there was more anticipation for that one, than there might be more this one.

Mine still says pick up on the 23rd as well. I have a trade in. Crappy thing for me is I live in the mountains and the nearest Best Buy is 1.5 hours lol so no matter what I can’t pick it up until after work on the 23rd.

It will likely come down to the person you're dealing with. I remember I went to get mine and I was initially told I had to wait, and I told them my email said I could pick it up, and another person came in saying the same thing. And then another sales person came by and said we were allowed to because we were told it was ready. I believe I had mine a full day early. I even remember they had to turn someone away because they were only fulfilling preorders and that person wanted to walk in and buy.

I have a question for the ppl that preordered 50% off Sprint Carrier if adding a new line.

When I receive the phone, do I have the option of using phone offline & never activating new line, or will my new 2nd line activate automatically? If it's not obvious yet, I already ordered 10+ for my main line, but want to use the Note 10 features at 50% off, with no interest in using or paying for a 2nd phone line. Thank you!

I'm really hoping to see some form of updates on my preorder by tomorrow morning. I'm still at "preordered" and "delivery by the 23rd". I've been checking FedEx and UPS as well, as I'm thinking I may see movement there before the Best Buy site.

OMG would you guys just settle down and stop looking for updates? BestBuy doesn't deliver preorders early. It will be on the 23rd not one day earlier LOL

And for all who are saying they don't apply the trade in to the unlocked phone. WRONG, they do. Yes their website says they don't but they do.

They do an exchange when you come to pick the phone up and apply the gift card against the Note 10. Nothing new here, that's how it's always been.

Note 10+ white and unlocked pre-ordered here. Will pick up Friday.

You are on point. Even if Samsung and carriers ship early, BB does not. With BB you are lucky to receive it on release date.

Was just checking the web site and see how they are dealing if consumers were to order one today. Their site is now showing "Expect Delivery" August 30th. This is for the "White version"

And my status still said "Ready to be pickup on Aug 23rd"

That is how mine is showing. Pick up by the 23rd but then it says the 30th elsewhere. Oh well we will see whenever they email me to pick it up.

Love the blue I may have gone red if it was available but the blue looks great I saw it in person at Best Buy just a day or two after preorder started

Never had a blue phone before so I was skeptical but surprisingly of all the colors the Blue looks best. I saw it too it is stunning. It's like a shining royal blue.

I ordered mine today from BB, and it shows the 23rd as well. Traded in a Pixel 3 I bought off Swappa so I could keep my XS Max.

BTW, anyone get the geek squad insurance or you using something else to protect the phone?

I'm a blue fanatic lol. Had the blue note 7 twice, blue note8, blue note9 and soon the blue note10+. Still have the note8 and note9.
