So bestbuy did a preauthorization hold or whatever its called on my card for the taxes on the 8th. Today I wake up to text and email saying they can't continue my order cause payment didnt go thru and I have 24 hours to resolve issue. So I call them and they said they will continue to make sure money is there til release date meaning they will continue to run my card. My bank still had a hold for them since the 8th so bank kept declining there charge again. So I had to call bank and tell them it ok for them to have the money and they said they were willing to file claim against bestbuy if they kept charging cause to them it looked like they were trying to over charge me with the same amount. I said no not now. Bank releases funds back into my account and I had bestbuy run my card again. It took money out and now I guess there is another hold again. I told lady with bestbuy I should not have to keep calling my bank to release fund til you all decide to stop running my card. She said it going to happen again a couple more times til I pick up order at bestbuy. I'm like take the damn money and stop running my card. How hard is that?

Lol I swear this better be last time it like they over there saying oh I'm bored let me just run this person card again. Don't mess with me and my note lol

What did you have to pay? I didn't pay for mine - neither did for the S10 Plus (that I returned to preorder the Note 10 +). I'm on a Sprint lease / Samsung Forever (?) plan thing.

Interesting. Mine was pending a few days. Then pending fell off, but that amount was subtracted from my available credit. Now I'm still not pending, but the available credit is back to the full amount. Unless something changes with my order on Samsung, I guess I'm okay.
These banks and retailers better stop clowning with our Notes and money. Just take the money and send the phone. Easy peasy!

What is your delivery date? Mine hasn't changed and I hope it doesn't. It just says pickup on the 23rd.

Sprint is showing shipping notifications to several people now - I'd love to see that happen with Best Buy. . I'm not sure how These preorders get processed through Best Buy, considering Best Buy works with multiple carriers and with unlocked. I happen to be with Sprint and last I checked mine still just says will receive by 8/23.

I've gone on the darkside and got unlocked, since I didn't pre-order from Samsung.com in time. Aura Blue, the Glow just looked awful in the store, especially with all the fingerprints. I did store pickup because I HAVE to pick it up next Friday morning, however, is there any chance they may ship and be delivered sooner from Best Buy? I can still change it to shipping from store pickup.

The representative I spoke to told me no one will have the phone from them until the 23rd at the earliest because that's the release date. I asked that same question about changing to shipping.. We have about a week left. Idk but pickup may be easier because I can hopefully go when the store opens rather than waiting somewhat all day for FedEx or UPS to show up.
