Was holding my breath earlier as it ng hadn't shown picked up. Until now it was ready for ups at 430 pm, updated to picked up at 840 pm now has 8.21 delivery (well, pick up at the local ups)

Latest update on mine. Usually when I have stuff held st UPS, it's available for pick up around 9 a.m.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. This is my 3rd time using BB and the last 2 times have been fine for me. The ability to trade in onsite and get the credit instantly is the main advantage for me. For the S10+ launch I was in and out in under 30 mins so I got the same salesperson for the note 10 and am anticipating the same.

They called me Thursday and set an appointment time up last time for me. When I pre-ordered they said they would follow the same process but if I don't hear from them by Thursday evening I'll just call and see what the plan is for pickup.

So appointments. Regardless of preordering. Someone who didn't can go to the store when they open and have the phone before you . It sounds organized but just ridiculous in that.

True but the day I picked up my S10 they had no white ones except for mine and my wives so I had that going for me. I guess knowing they have the phone you want is the only real advantage.
