Premium messages not going through and not added in premium settings

[Android Central Question]

Hellppp please. I am trying to send the parking messages but its not going through and recently i discovered that some premium messages settings has to be enabled. But when i open that option it shows no apps using this premium settings whereas it should show the messaging app.
