Since we are definatly getting Jellybean, start getting ready for the upgrade now.
When we get an upgrade this ALWAYS comes up.
So, let's just be prepared now.
Hear this clearly;
YOUR PHONE WILL DO BETTER IF YOU DO A FACTORY RESET ON IT WHEN A MAJOR UPGRADE IS PUSHED OUT.
(plus it's a good time to clean it up anyway)
I created this thread on it when we went from GB to ICS
Please read through that thread and save yourself some grief.
Summary is this:
I know it's "supposed" to just be fine to overwrite what's on your phone.
But having went through several upgrades over several Android phones and helping others with theirs,
I'm just telling you that doing a factory reset when you get your new Jelly bean will make the whole experience SOOOO much better.
And, you'll loose less hair over it.
And, if you're like me, you need to back up your stuff and clean out junk anyways.
Also, it'll help if you Google for some side by side comparisons of the two operating systems and educate yourself on Jellybean. This way you'll know more about it when we get it.
Enjoy!

Summary is this:
It's really not that big a deal:
-Have a good charge, 40-50% and some time on your hand, know your passwords for accounts, etc.
-Make a pot of coffee.
-back up SD stuff on your pc or Google drive. (I just plugged up to my PC and created a folder on my pc for all the contents and drug them over)
-restore to factory : Settings, Privacy, Factor data reset...heed the warnings and follow the screens, it's very simple. Have a good charge, 40-50% and some time on your hand.
-Drink coffee.
-login into Gmail and it does the rest!
-loaded all my apps back up from Play.
-Updated everything for me.
-Then, just login back into apps as needed, Redbox/Pandora and whatever.
VOILA your done!
