Printing problem tween galaxy tablet S 10.5 and HP envoy 5530, printing is unreadable.

Printer works OK from laptop. Printing from galaxy tab 10.5 to printer fails using hancom office viewer or MS Word and HP plugin. Although using a laptop to same printer is okay, can anyone help?
