Problem with Ford SYNC

Having a problem with syncing my 5X to my Ford SYNC system. Phone pairs up fine, but only a handful of address book entries get uploaded. Voice dialing works fine for the few contacts that do get uploaded.

My BlackBerry did not have this problem - contact list is Exchange based as it was with the BlackBerry.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Bluetooth is a pipe - what flows down that pipe is only vary loosely specified, so there's no guarantee that any phone and any vehicle, or even the same phone with an OS update, will work completely.

See if Ford has any updates for the audio system (Ask your Ford dealer's service department).
