Hey guys this is a 2.1 problem but I didn't want to get lost in the big 2.1 thread. Someone texted me a photo so I wanted to copy it to my gallery. When viewing the photo I can press the screen or the menu button to get the save to SD card context menu. When I do either the menu flashes up on the screen, then disappears. Can anyone reproduce this problem, and give some insight on how to fix it? Thanks.

I had the same problem. The way I've gotten the pics to show up in the gallery is that you have to click the small thumbnail of the picture you've taken in the camera app. Once the picture shows up on the screen press the done button. Then it should be in the gallery. Kinda of aggravating.

I haven't had this problem. The only problem I've had is when the photo is open and you choose delete in the menu it will not delete. The only way to delete is in the thumbnail view and long press which allows you to checkmark the photos to delete.

from my understanding if you say, open the gallery then close it but it is still running in the background, then take a picture and open the gallery back up the picture will not be there.. Because if you notice when the gallery is closed (really closed) and you open it it will read... loading new pictures... so if you make sure you close the gallery every time then if you take new pictures the gallery will gather them every time it opens... it is a tad bit confusing and take this with a grain of salt but this is just my understanding of how it is working
