I have a virus that can't be deleted.It's called 'Email Service' .It installs apps automaticly.I installed stubborn trojan killer but when I try to delete virus my phone restarts.Any help will be appreciated!

You may have to do a reset to get rid of the malware. Do you know which app may have started this? Where did you get it?

I reseted my phone today but I still have that virus.I have no idea where It came from.

What device do you have? You may have to consider reflashing the stock ROM.

I can find some sites that have stock ROMs, but I don't know how trustworthy they are.

Will it be easy for me to reflash the ROM,or a proffesionalist should do it.
