download "Quicksettings" app in market, it works well and can be left in the notification bar to get your "true silent mode" back.
I have LP, made a shortcut, then i am lost. How do ya scroll to Camera Firmware???I fixed mine, try this if you have camera problems:
Its not terribly common, but there have been some cases where upon installing froyo and updating the camera, the firmware flash has messed up and broken the camera. Make no mistake, this is not a software issue. Its a camera firmware issue and the only way to fix it is to reflash the firmware.
Now, the camera software offers once. After that, if it fails, it isn't going to prompt again.
To get around this:
1. Download Launcher Pro from the market. Any cut and ADW will likely work too.
2. make a new shortcut, to an activity.
3. Scroll to Camera Firmware, and choose the second option (user)
4. Click ok. There is now a shortcut on your homescreen. Choose the third option, Phone to CAM FW Write. Put your phone down and do not touch it until it is done.
It didn't work for me. :'(I fixed mine, try this if you have camera problems:

doing that will elimate your phones ability to have a vibrate setting. Download "Quicksettings" app and you can restore your phone to having a volume, vibrate or silenced modes.
As far as battery goes mine hasnt been better than it is since the update. The one thing that I do is utilize Samsungs widget called "Power Control" where I turn off my sync. To the best of my knowledge base it prevents the phone from constantly looking for emails, none the less. My phone for the first time lasted for 14hrs + yesterday with normal texting and moderate internet use.
I had the camera issue, however after a battery pull that cleared right up.
My BIGGEST complaint is the texting noises, not haptic feedback because I have that turned off, if the phone volume is on the "clicking" noise is obnoxious. I have turned it off in the settings, however it then disables the phone dial pad from making tones.
I found the phone in total to be much faster and smoother than ever before. Internet is lighting quick and new setups in gmail are making me smile everytime I use them.

installed the 2.2 update and then the flash player app from adobe. Worked fine.
Tried it today and it won't work. It says I need 2.2 OS. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but get the same message.
Any suggestions

On my Fascinate, I was told by Gnomad how to use terminal and make a script in order to mount my Fascinate to my Mac computer. That thread has been closed (???) so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. Since updating to Froyo the terminal method no longer works! I've heard of other users being able to connect without a problem after froyo. But I cannot get it to mount to my Mac either way! Any help would be very very much appreciated!
Updated to Froyo and now the Ford Sync Bluetooth phone system is no longer operating correctly for me. It takes the call off of bluetooth after about 20 seconds and goes back to the phone, despite saying it is still connected. I've had the car for 5 months and have never had a problem with the Fascinate syncing to the system. I've seen other posts about this with other devices going to Froyo, but is anyone here seeing this?
