Problems galaxys4 after update 5.0.1

Hello,

My Galaxy s4 has problems after a update 5.0.1. Wifi and bluetooth doesn't work anymore. I already tried wipe cache, factory reset etc. etc.
My data bundle consumed after 3 days.

BUT my biggest problem is:

I can't use my hearing aids programs anymore and that is a big problem on work!!!
Those works by bluetooth.

Android or anyone can help me plse?????

When you say wi-fi and Bluetooth aren't working, do you mean they can't even switch on, or they switch on but nothing connects?

Was this an official over-the-air system update (or done via Samsung Kies or Smart Switch), or did you manually download the firmware and install it yourself?

Sometimes they can't switch on and sometimes they switch on and off and nothing connects

It sounds strange, but it seems that I have to start bluetooth first and after that I can start wifi.
The battery must be above 65% loaded it seems.
If Bluetooth and wifi starts up they seems to week to work.
Both wifi and bluetooth are going on and off constantly.

I turned off the "fast network change" in the wifi settings and the "Passpoint" link.
In safe mode I deleted some app's en GN resound Smart to.
I cleaned up by the "wipe cache" methode.
I had a factory reset.
I updated my router and I tried 2,4G and 5G

I did this before but did it again.

Yes, this was a official update. Not by Kies and not by Smart Switch (?). My phone did the update over home wifi.

Example:

I use "gn resound Smart app." programs for my hearing aids.
Bluetooth starts up (in the evening and with a full battery!!)
But it can't make a connection with my hearing aids app.
It can find and make a connection with the phone of a son.
But even than bluetooth connect en disconnect.
