Problems with Exchange Calendar notifications...

I am getting my Exchange Calendar notifications a day early. For example: I have a conference that I checked as an "All Day" event that is taking place tomorrow... I received the notification this morning and it said the event was today. When I looked at the Calendar itself it is showing as tomorrow (which is correct). Any ideas of what might be going on?
 
Sure, in Calendar view,
- Click the Menu button,
- Select "More",
- Select "Settings",
- Select "Reminder settings",
- Select "Default reminder time"
and from there drag up or down to adjust when you want to be reminded of the event (between 1 minute to 1 week)
