Problems with microphone of USB-C EARPODS

I have been having problems with microphone of USB-C EARPODS.

After about a months of use, 2 different Earpod microphones has gone mute. Since I had additional ones, I tested and the new ones worked.

Le Eco gave me a refund, but claimed it was isolated. I doubt it.

Anyone else have this problem?

My USB-C audio adapter that came with my Le Max 2 already broke. I bought some new ones from amazon for 10$ u can try that perhaps.
