Problems with SIM on nexus s 4g ?!!

I keep getting the message "Problem with SIM" on my sprint's nexus/s, my phone freezes for a few seconds when it does that and sometimes it restarts itself.
Also I keep getting bugreports to mail out, and it saves it on the usb storage, I noticed probably all of my phone info including personal info.

I'm not worried about the bug reports but does anyone one know what's up the SIM, I thought cdma phones don't have SIMs ?????

Not rooted at all, I just got my nexus replaced from sprint afew weeks ago and it did that since the first day activated.

Sprint employee said it was a new device but idk about that, he grabbed it out of a brown bag. though it had gingerbread on it and I had to upgrade it over the air and that's when all troubles started.
