Problems with Wifi -WEP since v 2.2 update

Since my droid did the auto-update last week, I've been having problems with the Wifi. What's interesting is that it will connect to WPA protected networks, but those requiring WEP don't connect. Have tried just about everything. Am I looking at a roll back? Thoughts?

You really shouldn't be using WEP anyways. I haven't personally experienced this however.

As GotNoTeeth (West Virginia?) said, WEP is pretty crappy security.

I'm having the opposite issue: not automatically connecting to my WPA protected home network when it's in range.

I just got my captive and have the same problem with WEP WIFI. Any fixes?

Try using a different kernel. Slayers works great for me. Battery usually last 24 - 36 hours with alot of use.
