Push Notifications Arent Working on Galaxy S7

[AC Question]

So Ive been having this problem for a while and it hasnt started bothering me until now. Im not getting any push notifications except from messenger and SMS. Sometimes my phone will vibrate however, yet the banner wont show up. This is even the same with spotify on my lockscreen as it doesnt pop up anymore.

Over the past few days Ive tried to look at several different things in the settings. Notifications are on, my advanced notifications match the normal ones, ive tried to follow another article says that turning off battery optimization may help, yet nothing has worked.

Welcome to Android Central! Any other power-saving modes turned on? Any 3rd party power-saving or "RAM booster" apps installed?

As far as im aware no, there shouldnt be anything that could stop it, and ive never used safe mode so I dont know-
