[Q] Music Volume (speakers)

I use Play Music, Google's app to play stored music from their server. It just doesn't seem that speaker volume is as loud as it should be although earphone volume is just fine and other apps like youtube sound fine so I'm assuming Google has the volume throttled on their app. If I'm not mistaken, you have to use their app to play your stored music. Yes, I could transfer all my music directly to the phone and use Power Amp or something similar, but i have 1000's of songs and really don't want to do that. Is there an app perhaps from the playstore that will boost volume using Google's Play Music app? All sound setting are maxed out and doesn't matter if Beats is on or off. Volume is also subdued when using Play Music on my HTC One X so it's not the phone, but the app.
