radioshack will not accept my $10 coupon from survey!

My apologies ***. A short while after I spoke with you on the phone, I was told that because the phone was a pre-order it is considered a special order so unfortunately we are not allowed to accept this coupon with your purchase. It can be used on any accessories you’d like to buy but not on the phone.

I will speak to the manager about his way he spoke to you. I understand across all of our locations that with the EVO launch it’s been a pretty hectic day and although that is no excuse, I will definitely make sure his tone is addressed.

that's BS...I was able to use the $10 credit and $20 accessory credit (which was applied towards my phone), so I ended up getting the phone for $170 + tax.

It was a great deal! however, next time, I may just go with Best buy instead to be safe...there are way too many mixed results here
