Random Reboots and Bad Data Service?

I bought my wife and I 2 Rezounds in June. No problems until ICS then my wifes phone wouldn't boot. All we could get was the white screen. We were in Canada on vacation and we had her CLN sent to my office in the States. The day before our return my charging port disintegrated. Since her phone was already at my office I took it and used my Sim card. Verizon replaced my charger port impaired with a Razr. Both replacement phones are defective, the Rezound can't locate the Sim card even after a new replacement and only works sporadically. I also get a message that says PUK locked call customer service. Sometimes merely reinserting the Sim card works but even that's not acceptable.

The Razr spontaneously reboots but seemed to "fix itself" and worked for a day or two then froze up completely. The replacements are on the way but setting up new phones is getting to be a PITA. ICS related or shoddy work in their reconditioning shop. Who knows? I've read some members here have replaced thei Rezounds several times. I don't have the time or patience fot that.

It sounds like you are having some bad luck! lol So far the Razr has been good to me but I have heard of people experiencing problems. IMO, the ICS update was bad for most brands. Every company was rushing to get it out and in the process they forgot to actually make it work! I got tired of dealing with the data problems and reboots on the Rezound and finally just decided that I would rather give up the display and the beats enhancer for a phone that actually works!

Uninstall Updates Maps and make sure automatic update is turned off on the app's Play Store page. This is a known issue with the current version of Maps.

Did you do a factory default after your phone got the ICS update?
