Random Screen Zoom/ Blue Border

Looks like I found the problem....

Someone in another forum suggested "Is Settings -> Accessibility -> Magnification gestures enabled?"

That was turned on for some reason. Don't know how or why. After I turned it off, the problem went away.

Thanks for the hint on what the blue border meant! I left the zoom on but triple tapped to turn off the behavior.

Thanks for your reply, I'm heading up my settings now to turn off magnification gestures, i dont understand how it all of the sudden got turned on. Anyway thanks for the fix.

Thank you ,same issue little blue square double tap to use ,well went to settings, accessibility, then turned off the speak feature. And it went away ... Ty
