Nice to see that the claims of 30 hours of mixed use were not exaggerated i got 29 hours an 10 minutes out of my first charge! Have a screenshot of it but don't know how to post it yet!

Yeah, my RAZR would typically die in about 7 hours. Yesterday I took the phone off the charger at 5am, spent quite a bit of time in the morning installing apps and getting it setup. Sent a bunch of email and probably made two dozen calls. At 11:15PM I had over 30% battery still...simply amazing.

I have let my phone go down to about 2% both days (Friday and Saturday). Immediately, when I plug it in, it goes back up to 8%. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems that it loses it's charge quickly at the end of the cycle...
What's that?
Does the maxx hd come with an sd card. If you get an sd card what is it for? I mean can you access it from apps? Can attachments download to the card?

Strange, mine was working by default out of the box. Swipe down the status bar at the top and click on the gear button and check your Notification settings there.
I'm from the UK and I'm looking at purchasing one of these out right from VZW in December and getting it unlocked so I'm able to put my own GSM sim in. Question I have is, does anyone know the bandwidth for the 4G/LTE this phone uses on GSM? Thanks 
Hulu+ doesn't seem to work. It plays the ad but then hangs buffering the real content. Anyone get it working?
Also, wifi disconnected when it tried, but this is the only wifi issue I've seen. BTW, Hulu doesn't work off the cellular network either.

Negative. You will need to use the special tool included in the box to open the side where the sim card is. There is an additional slot for an SD card there.
The "special tool" can be replaced with a paper clip. It fits perfectly and actually works better because you get better leverage to pull out the door.
I just noticed that if I enter the password for two access points, it gets confused and sometimes drops. I have a 5 GHz ssid that I figured I use when I'm in range and switch to 2.4 when I'm too far. Bad idea. I deleted the 5 GHz password and the wifi thrashing stopped.
in order to get your notification light working. you will have to do a factory reset. then when you are setting up your google account. make sure you DO NOT restore settings/apps.
mine was the same way. apparently there is a flaw in the restore settings feature. unfortunetly you will have to redownload all your apps manually.

But what your notification light working after the first bootup after purchase? Mine was working immediately.
Mine works with light flow despite a Google setup however some of the colors are washed out... Like red is really red but dark orange is yellowish green?

Motorola devices will display most colors but not all according to the apps details.

But I wondered if those who did a system reset and restored apps themselves if orange or pink worked properly?
