Rear camera not focusing on galaxy s6

[Android Central Question]

The other day my galaxy s6 was thrown (not the best idea, i realise) and since the inpact the rear camera isn't focusing properly. It will focus on anything under about 10cm but anything further away is blurry. There's a scratch/crack across the lens cover which I thought may have been the problem, but a local computer tech said that it may be internal screws for the camera loose and I'm probably better off just sending it to samsung. Just wanted a second opinion.

A few judicious smart taps to the camera area will sometimes free a stuck focus.
