Reception Issues - Not Again!

At work today...and I'm losing reception all over the place - indoor and out. I've been told by Verizon that I should get reception in this area - great 4G area. But I'm even dropping calls, which I never did with Sprint.

Now I don't know if it's the phone or the provider.

I suspect that it is the phone. You probably have a defective phone because the rezound in general gets good reception, and if others on Verizon are getting good reception at your work, then the rezound should get good reception.

I hope that's all it is...but why? Why would a brand new phone be a lemon? And how come I'm a lemon magnet?

I'm going to swap the phone out tonight, but it's the LAST time. After this, if it doesn't work out, I'm going back to Sprint - at least I got phone reception with them.

Verizon Location Agent. You can install the update, and then it won't work anymore...

I used this update and VLA disappeared from "Running" app! But I can still see it under "ALL" applications. Might have to root the phone - the VZW bloatware is ridic!
