Recorder always fails after 9 seconds

I have tried a few kernels and getting the same thing if I try to record with my cam it goes for about 9 to 13 seconds and then says recorder failed. I tried looking this up I know I saw it but its hard to find on tapatalk so a link or help on this fix. Its killing me because I record my son a lot hes crazy so it sucks I have missed a lot. Ok phone info I'm on the ec01 rom with pbj time kernal 4-15 date uv 50 voodoo. Also I looked its its camera version 1.0.

Try unmounting and remounting the SD. I had the same problem and this helped. If that doesn't help try recording at a lower resolution. I've read a getting a higher class SD would help as well.

I'm running Super Clean 2.9.2 with pbj voodoo 4/8 and the sound in my recordings are getting muted. Its weird because the sound would be fine than it would be muted then fine again. I've tried different kernels and still have the problem. I've messed around with voodoo sound and certain settings help. If I turn off anti-jitter and set it to Loud environment it helps the most. But I still get occasional muted sound.

Do you have a size limit set for the recorder?
