How can I recover a screenshot I deleted accidentally

Unless the screenshot was saved as an image or your keyboard supports clipboard tray history/clippings, I'm afraid there is no way to recover these.

Check your gallery trash bin or file manager

Just noting that the 'Gallery Trash' option only works on certain phones with that feature (like Samsung's with the latest OS), needs the feature NOT to be deactivated (although it's turned on by default), and also needs the screenshot to have been saved first (and deleted within the Trash retention policy). If the screenshot was deleted/discarded before it was saved, it just goes away.
