Removing Bloatware on the Note 10.1 (2014 ed)

I've had my Note 10.1 (2014 ed) since Christmas and a day rarely goes by when I'm not using it but recently I've started running low on internal storage despite moving as many apps and data to the SD card that I'm able to.

I started going through the bloatware and so far I have disabled the following.
ANT+ Plugins
BlurbCheckout
ChatOn
NYTimes
TripAdvisor

I also keep diabling Businessweek+ and Story Album but they keep re-installing :-\

So I'm wondering what else can I safely disable and is there a way to stop Samsung re-installing the above two apps?

do you have Google play doing app automatic updates? Someone who reported the same problem of having apps reenable had their google play default setting set to auto update. I have all the auto update turned off and I've never had an app reenable, although when a disabled app gets an update, it sometimes will show up in the section to update (group play being one that is always requesting an update, even though it's disabled)

I switched off google auto update and it still tried to re-install those two apps. I did notice that samsung apps ran at the same time. So I've disabled that and samsung push service as well. So far there has been no attempt to re-install apps. Still wondering if anyone has disable anything else safely.

I haven't got a clue what ANT+ does but haven't had any issues (so far) since I disabled it. I do seem to find that there are a lot of US based apps installed on this device despite me being in the UK.

So it looks like ANT+ is something that should not be disabled, yes? My tablet interacts between my PC and smartphone and printer. Can't rule out that there might be other devices in the future.

Ant is disable on mine and I've not had any issues so far as far as apps are apps I agree but I would prefer to choose my apps rather than having them forced on me like Bloomsberg Business week+ who's content is predominantly US based.

Story Album is a Samsung app and is from Samsung app library
