Replaced USB Daughter Board, Now slow charging.

I recently had an incident that required me to replace the charging daughter board on my Note 4. I made sure the one was correct to model and carrier. Replacement went smoothly, and the phone now charges. However fast charging does not work on the phone, and I am unable to transfer files via USB. I have a feeling that there is something that I'm missing settings or configuration wise. Any help would be appreciated.
