Reset preferred application?

I recently sent my wife a youtube link via email. When she clicks the link it fires up her stock browser and of course it doesn't play.

At one point she clicked the 'always use this choice' and now cannot watch any youtube links sent via email.

How do you reset the device to use the youtube application to open youtube links? thanks

Go into Settings/Application manager, click All top right. Go down to the App used and and tap to open. Here you will find a button labled Clear defaults.
