okay it rebooted and now im back to sytem recovery auto without holding down volume buttons so im going to assume it failed

I wouldnt use that one

use the one here on AC

Try flashing this stock eclair build in odin it's DI01, it's the original stock build hoping this will work.

Get the phone to boot first then go to froyo

Most likely they'd take a look at it and see that you've done something to void the warranty and possibly not replace it for you, so we're all trying to figure out a way to get this fixed for you, because if it does get fixed and you can boot up again you'll be stock and your warranty will be good again.

maybe but you put the wrong software on the wrong phone, kinda your bad and hurts the warranty

well I once bricked my psp by having the battery fall out during an update. Since they wont be able to actually tell what I did till they do some diagontics and maybe they wont cause it'll probally be easier for them to just flash it and sell it again

Alright, I'm hoping this one will work for you. The key here is that your phone is still doing something at least, it's going into recovery and download mode so there SHOULD be a way to get this fixed.

Close out of Odin and reopen it so it's fresh when you start this one.

I can tell you one thing im not doing this stuff till i have a gurenteed recovery system lol

if you can be patient, they will have you up and rooted in a few minutes, or it will take you hours/days waiting for a replacement
