Hi all. Sorry if this doesn't belong here, feel free to move it to the proper section. I'm new to the forum and in a hurry.
My droid DNA has been restarting constantly for the last day and a half. It loads to the HTC screen, then cuts out and restarts to that point again and again and again. Occasionally when plugged in it will go through the Droid swirly-robot thingy and then crash. Twice I have managed to get it to load to the home screen and function normally, but the moment it's unplugged it dies and begins this process again. The battery is fully charged. Occasionally when I press buttons it will just sit at the HTC screen indefinitely. I've tried the factory reset and recover options with the volume down/power button, but both times it simply restarted again. I just bought the phone a few days after Christmas so I hope I haven't broken anything yet.
I live somewhere where I probably won't be able to pop in to a verizon store for a good while so I'm hoping I can fix this on my own.... I already popped out the SIM card because it was mounted improperly and constantly dropping service, but just reseating it fixed the issue.
Does anyone have any idea? I also tried a quick search for "restarting" etc but certainly could have missed something. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Phone is kind of my connection to the real world as computers are business only most of the time.
