Restoring Sprint Apps on Eclair

In my haste to get rid of bloatware and anything else I don't use on my Epic 4G, I deleted these yesterday using Titanium Backup. However, I've seen posts saying that it's best to back them up and/or move them to the SD card, so that if in the future, I won't muck up an OTA update or something. Does anyone have backup copies that I can put on my SD card?

Believe me, this won't happen again!
