Weird....

What kind of errors are you getting? Maybe cuz I installed another theme? This Nitro Honeycomb adds a skin to Swype...

Says its not optimized for my phone or something like that

Welcome to android central akabaka4, i just opened up the theme, it contains a different version of swype, so i think ill just replace the one in adrynalyne put in and reflash, i didnt spend the time testing the rom properly because not having swype was driving me crazy

As far as your question, poor battery life is just something we have to deal with on EB01. It is a leaked, rejected, buggy Froyo build that Adrynalyne has done an amazing job of repairing. We won't see battery life improve until after the official Froyo release and Adrynalyne and the other devs can get their hands on the source code and give us custom kernels

Is that to say that at some point when one of these new versions comes out that there is going to be a significant improvement in battery life?

I agree - Adrynalyne has done an amazing job and I am loving all of the SC versions and the lack of bloatware, but being rooted isn't the battery nirvana I had hoped for.
