[Retired][ROM]Superclean 2.9.2 EA15/EB01/EB16/EC10 Based

I was wondering if there was a voice issue after you hacked your phone. I installed v 2.9 on my phone about 2 weeks ago, and everything has been going fine, however sometimes I am not receiving calls from people. It did happen before I hacked it, but it seems to have gotten worse.

First thing to try which will be the least intrusive and require the least amount of work, go to our dialer and dial *228, wait for it to connect, choose option 1 to program your phone. Phone will reboot automatically. Dial *228 again, choose option 2 to update your roaming capabilities. Phone will reboot again.

If that doesn't do the trick, flash this in ODIN:
eb01modem.tar

Just want to make sure I'm doing this right.

I have Super Clean 2.6 (with Red CWM All) currently installed. I am planning on updating to 2.9 or 2.9.2 and want to be able to use the Voodoo Control App, mainly for the sound enhancements. This is what I think I have to do:

1.) Flash my phone with ODIN to DL09.
2.) One Click Root.
3.) Reinstall Red CWM All with ODIN.
4.) Wipe Data, Cache, and Dalvik Cache with CWM.
5.) Copy SuperFrankenClean to my SD card.
6.) Install .zip from SD card with CWM.
7.) Return to CWM and turn voodoo lagfix on.
8.) Install TitaniumBackup and restore apps+data.

My questions are:
Does SuperFrankenClean 2.9.2 include the Music controls on aosp and rotary lockscreen or was that removed?

Is this the proper sequence I must follow or can I just install SuperFrankenClean.zip at my phones current state?

According to "[How To] First time rooting walk-through," the walkthrough says to install a kernel first and then install the ROM. Does SuperFrankenClean include both the kernel and ROM, hence only one step is needed?

Thanks in advance!

I believed he removed them because of the crashes and random reboots reported.

Flash this ROM if you can when the device is full on battery, clear dalvik-cache and cache partition prior. But I recommend a TB backup beforehand just in case.

Yes SC 2.92 contains EC10 kernel and ROM.

BTW all this information i provided I pulled it off the OP, just read it throughly next time =P

I have tried poweramp and now winamp and i still cant get the controls to show up on my lockscreen (ive tried them all by the way).
Im thinking about reflashing as this kind of bothers me.

You know this phone or android in general has lots of quirks. I see some folks have problems I never have. It's really hard to diagnose problems with the many differents setups and apps ppl run. Even a theme could cause problems with all the framework changes, really hard to track down culprits of some probs. Good luck.

I don't know that it is so much this phone or android in general as it is the broken POS EB01 build leaked from verizon/samsung. Adrynalyne has done a great job of cleaning it up, but he can only do so much without the source code.

Na, i didnt change any settings..just the stock player and even stock SC 2.9.2 and infinitys voodoo kernel with no theme and very few apps. and no music controls on any lock screen.

Are you using any lock screen apps (widget locker and such) that could block you?

Worked great, yeah I read through the guides but I just wanted to make sure because I didn't want to screw up my phone and have to do it over.

No..infact the only apps/widgets i have installed are
Fancy Widget (for weather and clock)
Yahoo Mail
Root Explorer
Pandora
Dolphin HD
Facebook
Winamp
Had poweramp but just uninstalled to try Winamp
Voodoo Control App
Inkpad
Samba Filesharing
Quadrant

Thats it...the rest of the apps are stock Superclean 2.9.2 apps..i know pretty boring huh

I'm at 2.9.2sc non voodoo with the EC10 kernel w/ lagfix file on the sd card. If I want to flash DL09 to try a different radio do I need to get rid of the lagfix file before or after or does it even matter in this issue. I thought there was a reason to dump it if you were making certain changes. Also do I need to clear any of the caches? Thank you in advance.

If you are just going to flash the DL09 modem/radio, no wiping caches. Just flash the DL09 modem through ODIN.
