Return Box Question

Question for those who have already returned your device. When you receive the fire-proof box, does it get mailed to Samsung or to Verizon. I ask because Verizon has not refunded me the tax on the phone at purchase and stated that they will only refund this portion upon receipt of the old phone. Just wanted to see if anyone else had the same experience.

I don't think anyone has received a box yet. Verizon said they would be sending mine, but now there is no record of me buying the N7. So who knows what they r doing.

So if that's the case, they may not send you a box for return and you may have to keep it anyway.

The first batch of phones went back to a Verizon warehouse, not sure about this new round.

In the first recall I asked for a box, got it all packed up and to go back to a company handling the recall, before I could send it off someone came to pick it up. Good thing about the box was that the only thing that can fit in it is the phone. They let me keep the charger, headphones and other stuff. Not that it would do me much good now other than having an extra charger laying a round.

I'm with Sprint and the shipping label was back to them.
