Rezound vs Galaxy Nexus

The only thing holding me back on rezound is lack of ICS. I would want to add ICS rom as soon as available but worried that would delete the beats software. Not saying beats is the best thing ever, but it has to be better than stock audio.

Imo, if ICS is all that's holding you back, get the rezound. 1. There will be a port, and a good dev won't kill beats. At least nor once it's debugger and out of beta. 2. ICS 0.1 or 0.2 will have bugs. Personally, im holding off on any ICS phone until 4.1 comes out.

Good points, forgot about shutter lag as another concern of mine. I don't care about MPs, but am interested in a quick snapshot. How long is the rezound's shutter lag?

Beats is only implemented in the stock audio, video, and streaming apps as far as I can tell. As long as the dev keeps those you should be good right?

It is close. The GNex screen is better. It has NFC, of dubious value. However, in every other way Rezound is equal or better.

BTW, the Razr OMAP is rated at 1GHz, but runs 1.2GHz in the Razr. My guess is Moto Mobile is getting select processors that can take the overclock. The OMAP4460 is rated at 1.5GHz but is running 1.2GHz in ghe GNex. My guess is they found the power consumption at 1.5GHz was too high; reducing frequency let them reduce power also.

Comparing the screens of the two is really a subjective thing. The Rezound has much better clarity and more true colors. The Nexus has colors that pop. Most people probably won't notice the difference in clarity. The rest is subjective.

Rabble rabble rabble.

The Rezound's shutter lag is minimal. It is constantly focusing so that once you press the button the picture is taken very quickly. It's faster at taking a picture then my point and shoot camera but not as fast as a good SLR.
