Ringer Problem

When I try to use a downloaded Ringer, it will only ring for a few seconds, and then stop. The only Ringer that will work is one that comes built in. Any ideas?

hey, i saw this long before i even made an account here..


what i did, was loaded my custom ringtone in audacity, edited the ringtone to repeat 5 times, & saved that as one mp3 file...
