Excuse me, but to say "not one other person has had this problem" Seriously. Have you looked at other sites. This seems to be rather common. Its happening to me RIGHT NOW, and I can't seem to fix it so don't be such a smug. My IT guys at work are more polite than you are. And this person explained the issue perfectly. And they're new to androids. Ho Rude. I'll look to someone else for answers. Geez!!

WOW! and I tried your little trick, didn't work. Yeah, you answered this three years ago, hope you've grown up since then. Geez. I still neeed CORRECT answers.
