I received this phone from a friend in really good condition and there is ghost Armor all over this device. I was wondering if it's safe to take off the ghost Armor on the back? Or is it going to get scratched to hell?

Its naked for me.
I have a case, and if i'm going running or hiking, or to construction sites, I put it on, but at least 75% of the time its uncased. Too beautiful to case. and the edge protection on this phone is very well designed.
If you are even a little bit careful you will not have a problem and it will handle the occasional drop.

Mine is butt naked son its Grey and no case to nice looking to put it in something

I never case any of my phones. Makes no sense to me to hide a sleek, beautiful phone. I get the protection benefits, but I baby my phone anyway. Naked for me.

before i returned my first one due to dead pixels I rocked it caseless. Overall it held up pretty good however at the bottom of the phone on the back where it curves down would scuff up very easily. not horribly noticeable however it was definitely there, and I baby my phones.
Mine is white and had it since release date and it's nothing but naked for me... Much to beautiful to cover up and no scratches...
Anyone wanting to buy a white TPU,, don't cause it'll turn yellow and a white One x looks disgusting in it...

Well, I dropped mine on the sidewalk one night, it hit the concrete on the lower left corner then skidded for 1-2 meters SCREEN DOWN on the uneven concrete sidewalk.
Screen was left unscathed. Corner is dented. Screen was kindof popped out a bit, kindof like you can pop out the corner of a phone out of a flexible silicon case, I had to pop it back in the next morning after I noticed that. The phone's body is kinda like a protection case itself I suppose lol
Conclusion: I went to buy a white case to protect it, don't care if it turns yellow over time, my One X is worth the protection!

That's what happens when you text and walk drunk at 5am, in a country where sidewalks are uneven and it's easy to trip and drop items... Lol
Usually my Japanese phones have a phone strap, which I always wrap around at least one finger. That saved me from many dropped phones before.. One X doesn't have that capability however.

I Have had a clear case on mine from day one. Been dropped twice so far with no damage.
