Please stop posting in this thread. At this point, you have made your point to the devs quite clearly. They have chosen to not act on it... you can take their ROM (or create one from scratch) and make the changes you've suggested. Very simple solution... but you are making it difficult when people here are trying to get other issues resolved.

That's the beauty of being the ROM Dev, they get to choose. Stop hounding them.

Nothing major... just two minds disagreeing and it needed to be redirected back OT for the betterment of the community.

It was lame... I don't drink (alot...) and gambling is kind of meh to me (unless it's Star Wars slots). The wife was obsessed with Deal or No Deal machine.

Thanks for all your work guys. I'm enjoying this ROM. There are two customizations that I would love to see added if possible 1) Battery as a percent instead of icon. 2) Transparent lock screen. The second would be nice, but I would REALLY like the first. I'm stuck having to run clumsy tools that stick the percent in the notification bar. It would be REALLY nice to have it build right in and replace the regular icon. This seems to be a feature that most power users want. Thanks for all your efforts!

These are great suggestions, thanks for making them. We'll def. throw these on the "board o crap to do". Our primary goal is to keep the ROM stock looking when you download it BUT thats not to say we cant figure something out

In the interim might i point you in the direction on an app called MetaMorph. This may or may not provide immediate gratification for you. We have no affiliation and wont offer any support for you but its something you can look into and play with.

and gambling is kind of meh to me (unless it's Star Wars slots).

Awesome rom once i get my replacement phone i am going to try this possibly. I dont care much about the FPS and Fc's what are those anyways? Question though when i do rom it theres a way to unrom right? theres a link for that in this forum somewhere? Also when i rom can i keep some of the sprint apps when ir oot?

Thanks for your interest in the ROM. Hopefully i can answer some of your questions for you.

once i get my replacement phone i am going to try this possibly.

Unfortunately i'm going to be the bad guy here and let you know your replacement phone will likely ship with 2.2 on it which means as of right now, you cant root or flash any ROM's. People are hard at work on rooting 2.2 for the EVO but for right now you'll have to sit tight. Don't worry this gives you lots of time to read and learn and tinker with your phone.

It's kinda like the bigger GB's and WiFi's. lol ok that was a joke (that I hope I'm not the only one who gets it). What FPS means is "frames per second". It's how many digital images your screen can display per second which, to your eye, make the image appear to be moving. FC means "Force Close" but you dont have to worry about those with our ROM. The only example of FC's on our ROM is the lite version which we know why it happens, and we tell you how to make it not happen in post #2

Here's a link to a thread created by liquidjesus. He's a smart guy and really on his game so he will get you straight if you have any questions but of course, thats all contingent on when/if they ever root your phone assuming it comes pre-loaded with Froyo.

You sure can. We've just moved them to a different directory which has different permissions so anyone can easily remove them without special training or equipment. If you decide to keep them thats fine, they will work.

Hey Guys,
Anyone experiancing problems with the Camcorder. My phone works fine until after I stop a recording. Then its like my phone freezes and runs very slow. Eventually the camcorder force closes but the phone still runs slow. I have used alot of roms and have never experienced this before. I have used the 2.2 version of this rom as well and did not experience this problem. Anyone else experience this....thanks alot guys for the help.

Thanks for that info I haven't ran into that problem just tested on v.2.4 and everything went smooth recorded a quick video,stopped it with no issues. Try wiping dalvik and cache flash the new version and if it continues please let us know.

Dl 2.4 as we speak. Thanks for the quick reply. I have two evo's....thinking about trying it on the other one to see if i get the same results.

Okay let us do some checking/testing of somethings to see if we can duplicate the issue and solve.
If your up to it make a nadroid backup,wipe everything,including data and flash again see if it occurs.

I placed another SD card in the phone and it works fine now. Who would have thought.

Edit:
I apologize for taking your time. Would have not thought of the SD card due to it being the same card i used to flash the device and had no problems. Plus the camera would take and load pics just fine.

Edit 2: Formatted the SD card and now it appears to be running fine....weird

I haven't really looked into it that much,I plan to look into and see if there was anything we can do,no promises but we sure will try.
