Re: [ROM][ALPHA] quattrimus CM9 (ICS)

Didn't JerryScript post something about battery discharge not being realistically represented until a few days after the initial flash? Apparently there's a lot of background operations going on for the first little while after you flash it, so after a few days, the discharge rate is representative of daily use.

i dont remmeber him posting it here he posted it in response to that same post on AF on phandroid

question.... tdm said alpha 4 (havent flashed yet) has gapps built in so i dont need to flash gapps correct?

Wiping Battery Stats does not improve battery life. It's just there to say, "This app drained this amount of juice." and what not. Refer here

Re: [ROM][ALPHA] quattrimus CM9 (ICS)

Oh quick question: I flashed the iscream kernel and I was wondering what do I do I revert it back? Do I just reflash the rom again over it?

The kernel is flashed with the rom, so you'll need to re-flash the iscream kernel to continue using it.

So just no 9999999999 messages? Ill just stick with build 4 till more stuff gets active ;P

Yes he did here
Remember everyone, you cannot take a battery reading seriously within the first day or two of flashing a ROM. The first boot alone eats up tons of battery due to rebuilding the entire filesystem and creating the dalvik cache from scratch. Then there is the fact you are testing out all types of new settings, and trying out different configurations.

It takes 3 days of normal usage to determine true battery life. ;)

It was on the 20th

Should we do full wipe or wipe cache n dalvik and flash 5 over 4?

Has the calendar issue been brought up before? The calendar doesn't seem to find the calendar events from my Google account.

For a list of mentioned bugs, refer to the op, and follow the link to the github.
