[ROM] Android Open Kang Project

Yeah, I already knew it supposedly didn't do anything... but I hail maried it anyway, lol

I started dl'ng CMPLX, but canceled it. I don't like red, and as small of an issue as it is, I don't think I'd be able to deal with that red mute icon. I know, crazy. I think I read somewhere way back that you don't like gray. I feel that way about most colors. Black and gray are my favorites... they aren't even colors. I prefer the absence of color.

CMPLX looks good on features, but I think I'll wait until he drops that AOKP infused one. Plus, the link for the get ready package on the hive is no good. I have the radios, but am still on the 4.0.2 bootloader. I'll flash it at some point. Might wait for the devs to get the official 4.0.4 OTA that supposedly rolled out. It's got the FC02 radios as well.

I'm glad you're enjoying CMPLX though, I know you've been eagerly awaiting something from droidth3ory. Have fun brother!

Okay, that's enough typing via tapatalk.

I love me that red mute icon lol.

The FC radios are different than the leaked ones (which are FA##). There should be a radio package out there with the bootloader. Did you check zero's thread? I know I have it somewhere--I can probably forward it to you :).

the radios in that thread dont have bootloaders to keep it less complicated. i may have a copy on my cpu with a bootloader, however, i'll check.

maybe i'll add one with the bootloader included but it might just be better to tackle that in the fastboot section when i get around to it.

let me look ...

edit - this thread at rw has the bootloaders flashable in fastboot. probably faster than looking thru my cpu atm.

The GET READY PACKAGE in the AXIOM threads (perhaps both) should have it. I put a dropbox mirror--or someone did--a while ago. Check that.

If that doesn't work, shoot me your email and I can forward the zip with the bootloader + radios.

im trying to find a copy of the official 4.04 radios ...

no luck with a quick google search yet. :(

From the OTA happening now? I'm literally following like 6 threads. So far, no one who has gotten it has pulled the zip and unpacked it. All we need is one dev to get it...just one lol

yeah. well, we'll have it in no time i'm sure.

Bounty - First one to post up the 4.04 OTA gets ... ten Thanks and twenty Likes. :)

And i will autograph a screen protector and mail it to you :)

F that, if one of you guys posts up the update I'll send you a highly used Otterbox lol

OK back to studying.

DMM- do me a favor and check those fastboot directions. Esp if you have a pc handy, because i dont have a pc/havent used one in a long %^& time.

I'll be checking back every ten for the update. GIMME. :)

I don't at the moment. Will look at it w/ my mac and such to see what's what. If I installed fastboot on my work compy I'd be hanged.

hmm, having some odd battery drain. Using "conservative" governor in the performance section too

I tried Gummy on my dx and got wind of AOKP, the two seem to be the top roms to get, oh and yes my Gnex is in the mail, thanks to Wirefly!

I tried Gummy, it was aight I guess. I always end up going back to AOKP. I didn't even make a backup before I flashed back. Which reminds me... I need to get all these ROMs off my sdcard. I've got like 12 gigs of ROMs/kernels/radios/etc. on here.

I've never copied a backup to the pc.... :(

Yeah lag and battery life have been terrible so far.
99% down to 43% in two - three hrs?
It's been 3 days with it installed..could be a live wallpaper I am trying out.

Definitely get rid of that LWP... and get Franco's kernel updater app from the play store.

r151 has all the newest tweaks from 4.0.4, and the gamma control is flippin' sweet. 1.4 FTW!
