[ROM] Android Open Kang Project

I keep telling myself the same thing, but I have to admit, I really am digging the Beans. Sure, I miss the customizations from an AOKP ROM, but in the end, I like the stuff JB offers more than I miss the customizations...for now. I reserve the right to change my mind at any given moment. ;)

And FWIW, I am still on Vicious 2, and have not had a single issue with anything I've tried. GPS is stellar actually.

but think how good the beans will be infused with aokp goodness!!! my soul cries a little bit each time when i swipe down notifications and have to click through to toggle wifi or lte... but then i think about all the butter oozing out of the nexus, and all is right with the world.

i was showing off google now to a friend of mine this weekend, he was quite impressed (he is on a Evo 3D and is still waiting for an ICS rom lol)

True dat, true dat! An AOKP JB Rom would be extra sweetness for sure.

I showed a coworker my JB Nexus the other day when I first flashed it, and she grabbed her SGSII and said "make mine do that please". Then I showed my wife the Google Now stuff and the voice assistant, and her jaw dropped. She's rocking an ICS Fascinate and is very happy, but she admitted she wants what I'z gots!

so which rom is working 100% in the interim?

Of course you guys have to come back to AOKP since you ordered those nice cases :)

Jelly Belly. By far the most stable, most developed stock-like JB rom out there. He's going to drop 1.8 today, but 1.7 is a rock. And once you're on it? No wiping.

and to think.... i ALMOST got the bionic. in retrospect, i thank motorola for botching the hell out of that release

Me too! I waited and waited for that phone and now I'm thrilled it was delayed like 8 months

Try SwitchPro Widgets. It gives you a widget for all your toggles in the notification area. Someone from another thread dropped this knowledge, I want to give credit where it's due, but I can't remember who it was!

thanks. im pinching my 99 cents, lol. actually remembered another notification widget - widgetsoid, gonna try to see if that works with jelly

Edit: yup that worked

How did you get this to show in the notification pull down? I enabled everything that I could see. What am I missing?

edit your widget (open widgetsoid, hit widgets, select the widget, and click the pencil icon)
go to Advanced tab and cehck the Notification box

I'm using Power Controls right now. I can dig it, although i don't believe the 4G toggle works for us (says WiMax, which is obviously not our awesome LTE :)).

Too late! I uninstalled that app already. I went to Notification Toggle instead.

I tried this one as well. I didn't like the fact that the brightness toggle didn't show my % when I clicked on it, as well as the wi-fi toggle redrawing the whole notification widget twice when changing the wi-fi status.
