bpuli - Yes, you need to reinstall Google Wallet from the Market. Works great!

betonthis1 - I have not have issues with the browser. I believe this is how the stock ICS browser is.

Any issues with getting to VM? I don't use Google Voice but I noticed I never tried accessing my VM. So i got a VM yeterday and everytime I call it gives me an error about entering an invalid code but thats just calling out. Not even entering my passcode

Re: [RoM] AOSP 4.0.3 - updated 01/02

betonthis1 - I use Google Voice for my VM and have no problems. However, I switched back to standard VM to check your scenario out. I get the same thing, "the code you entered is invalid" comes up.

Hopefully it gets fixed for you man. :/

just making sure........but you did change your voicemail # to your #?? Under phone settings>voicemail settings?? Otherwise your stock VM is dialing *86.......

Long days and pleasant nights............

The same thing happened to me, I called sprint if they could clear out my VM and they reseted my phone and the notification went away in a few minutes. Now when I receive an automated call from sprint about what happened it gets hanged up and can't continue the call.

* I still can't access my stock VM *86 at all. Gives me an invalde automated message.

Enter the phone app then press menu>settings>voicemail settings>Voicemail number then change *86 to your phone number including the area code.

You have to change the voicemail settings #(*86) to your #.....

Re: [RoM] AOSP 4.0.3 - updated 01/02

New at this so would appreciate the help. I read a lot and finally successfully installed the ROM to ICS. I love it, but I want to upgrade to version 5. What should I do before flashing so I don't have to take the time to reinstall all my apps and screen layouts and I guess personal settings? Do I do a nandroid, or use titanium backup or something else? What do I wipe before flashing the v5 ROM? Thank you for the awesome ROM.

Thanks now it works. I noticed that I was able to call it directly by calling my cell phone but now dialing 1 now works to. Thank you

Go into settings>apps force stop maps, clear data then open back up. If you still are having problems can you run a logcat and send to me or grab "aLogcat" from the market and let it run in the background mess around with maps then save the log send it to me via PM don't post it in the forums.

Just realized I never posted an update about this. I don't know what exactly I did. I switched back over to Dooderbutt v5 and tried GPS again. Apparently, my GPS signal is just mildly slow in connecting. Works fine though. Once it finds me, it's fairly accurate.

EDIT: I guess that's what I get for living in NC...

Re: [RoM] AOSP 4.0.3 - updated 01/02

First, I want to jump in and say *THANK YOU* for all of the hard work and attentiveness provided by those who make these hacks possible.

That said, I was hoping someone could help me out with an error I get after installing this ROM. When I boot up, I get "Google Account Manager Has Stopped". From here, there's nothing really I can do. :( Any suggestions?

Responding to myself. It looks like it's the problem I'm running into is specific to the 'Google Apps' package and not ICS per se. If I install the ROM, all works just fine (although without the gapps package, so it's not very useful). As soon as I install the gapps package, I can't get past to the initial setup screen as it just keeps telling me that the "Google Account Manager has stopped".

Any ideas/tips are much appreciated.

I've been running this ROM for 11 days. I was able to deal with the calendar not working but recently my Navigation has been sticking on the "follow the route" screen and I just noticed that I can't buy apps. I might just have to re-flash this and upgrade to the latest version. hope these issues resolve themselves if I do that.

Re: [RoM] AOSP 4.0.3 - updated 01/02

Noapparentfunction - I was the same way. V5 is so much better. Calendar and Nav work great on the latest version. Worth the reflash. (You can buy apps through the workaround, buying them via a web browser.)

Was using version 3 for awhile, now using 5. Calendar sync works now.

Everything works flawlessly

Donated.

Thanks mate

Re: [RoM] AOSP 4.0.3 - updated 01/02

for some reason with v5 my GPS doesnt work. I reflashed the rom twice. Cleared all data, cache and dalvik cache everytime.

Anyone have any tips? Everything works except GPS.

gonna try the logcat thing. Did the settings->apps->force close ->clear data-> reopened and nothing. It just keeps saying its trying to get a signal nonstop.

I know I used to get plenty of signal in the area I'm trying to use it. Just doesn't acquire it.

EDIT: not sure how to send attachments, got an email? Sent a PM. Gonna try v4 instead for now.

EDIT2: I think this is the culprit. Found this in alogcat, The rest of the log seems to be okay? Dont know what I'm looking for but nothing really weird

"E/GPSD ( 86): load_xtra_bin: open /data/gps/xtra.bin failed. Permission denied.
I/GPSD ( 86): No cached xtra.bin. request to download new binary."

EDIT3: Cleared all the stuff and flashed to v4, doesnt work with v4 either. Damnit
