Just saw a story on AC about how 4.3 has something called TRIM which is "garbage collection" for Android memory to prevent this slowdown over time.

Hey guys I have a problem. After I updated to MMuzzy's 4.3 rom I lost root access. What's the easiest way to get it back?

Sadly, MMuzzy is taking a step back from development for a bit while he starts a new job. He posted a Vanilla 4.3 version of his ROM which is basically straight ASOP. There are no modifications, it's not rooted and the first versions of the 4.3 Gapps looks like it might have some bugs that are being worked through. If you are going to flash his 4.3 ROM, I would recommend reading through the pages following it's release so you understand any issues you'll have to be aware of.

If you want the true MMuzzy experience, I recommend sticking with his last 4.2 French Vanilla ROM. Just flash it and go. If you must have 4.3, your options are to either flash his Vanilla 4.3 or look at one of the ROMs provided by a couple of developers recommended by MMuzzy himself.
