[rom] AXI0M

my V nexus refuses to get any signal when LTE/CDMA is selected. When I select CDMA only, it takes seconds to get bars, but 5-10min to get 3g symbol. What gives?

Main page of AC is reporting another Verizon outage. Lots of users in the forums confirming no LTE service and spotty 3G service.

I really want to flash the latest version, but Iove the way my 4 softkeys look. I'm going to be patient and stay with 2.0 until those work again.

So far I'm loving th3ory's roms.;)

Same all around. Love his ROMs, but love my dedicated search button too. Will wait till the mods are compatible.

Thats not it, If I flash back to AR HD, all is fine with 4g and 3g.

Still could be Verizon. My 4G is in and out now for the last 3 hours, if it was the rom just reflash/redownload because something went wrong.

Looks like the mods now seem to play nice with axiom 2.1. Will be flashing tonight or tomorrow morning.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'll wait it out till tomorrow to see if when Verizon's network straightens out (in my area), the connectivity issues resolve themselves as well. I'm leaning towards being patient, we just flashed a new rom at a inconvenient time, or atleast let's hope, cause this rom looks promising. :)

Oh, and in addition to my other reply.. I also don't have the "Verizon Wireless" in my notifications and lock screen; in its place is "Roaming Indicator Off".. See attached pic.

If this isn't network related, can anyone recommend a solution?

cool i plan on flashing 2.1 tomorrow. Just curious if there is ever gonna be a cyanogen rom coming out? Had that on my droid 2 months back and really liked it.

Just an update for anyone who was still having problems with connectivity after flashing this rom today, while Verizon had their network down for upgrading: I now have 4G connectivity, however the "Roaming Indicator Off" is persistent on being where the "Verizon Wireless" used to be on the lock screen and the notifications drop-down.

Does anyone know of any methods of replacing the "Verizon Wireless" with "Google" or even removing this badge entirely that's compatible with this rom? Thanks!

I have not done the mod to change the verizon wireless badge with something else, but here's the thread that tells you how to. http://forums.androidcentral.com/ve...d-removed-verizonwireless-lock-drop-down.html

Thanks I'll check it out. Meanwhile, this is also interesting to note, my network within my phone information is also named "Roaming Indicator Off". See pic. Should I just try to re-flash to save myself from being irritated by seeing this?

Looks like Imo's experimental Leankernel is now the kernel du jour. I've had nothing but good luck with his kernels with other devices. I'm still a novice when it comes to SetCPU UV settings. I have two specific questions pertaining to this ROM and one general:

Specific Question 1: Anyone else try the 180MHz bucket yet? I have 180/180 min/max profile for screen off and screen is still 100% responsive when I turn it on. Seems pretty stable.

Specific Question 2: Anyone want to share SetCPU UV bucket settings with this newest kernel that have been working for them?

General Question 1:
Are the Voltage buckets governed by the main screen min/max? For example, if I have 1200/350 max/min on the main screen, assuming I never touch that, does that mean any UV settings for the 1420 MHz, 1350 MHz and 180MHz buckets are ignored regardless of what I set? Same thing for profiles? Does Main govern all?

Currently using AXIOM 2.1 with APEX Kernel v4. Not only is it smooth and fast but I get great battery life as well. Got almost 17 hours on battery with 24% remaining. ~30 mins of phone calls, light texting and email, and moderate data usage over 4G. No WiFi use at all today. Android OS seems to be behaving itself as well.

That's doing pretty good, especially with no wifi use. How would you say it compares to the kernel that installs with AXI0M 2.1 (if you used it)? I haven't had a chance to see what battery life is on mine yet since my phone has been off for a while letting the screen protector dry. I am curious to see how my phone does over long period of time overclocked and undervolted.

They're close. Although, when I tested with the LKEXP V2 kernel I had WiFi on most of the day and 4x the voice call usage.
