They added Quick SMS capabilities in the latest build. I'm kind of tempted to try it out.

I saw earlier on the cherry picks that the kernel was updated. It doesn't look like it gets updated too often. Since I've been flashing these nightlies, I have been using the stock kernel.

Recently got into the flashing game, and I have to say that so far this one has been incredible. I love all the features.

I am using Euroskank with Franco's latest kernel.

It is hard to say whether battery life has been improved much, as I have been using my phone much, much more often than usual. It does seem, however, that I am getting better signal (both cell and data). On stock my connection at my desk at work was rather terrible, but now I am getting good speed and connectivity.

So far the ROM has been very stable and smooth.

Can't wait for another nightly to whet my appetite.

I've noticed that typing in the search box in Google Now is painfully slow on any version of this ROM....I mean like 10 to 15 seconds to type one word, regardless of keyboard.

Does anyone know if trying a GApps besides the 7/26 version may improve this?

@KillerQ - it takes about 3-seconds here... still on 8/13, no time to flash... but the G-Now from the lock screen still takes me to an blank gray screen...

Oh.. I C, BTW... I always have to re-assign the Camera Target... the launcher, somehow has this jumbled string of commands that doesn't go anywhere...

How did you get white icons for your phone and SMS on the lock screen? I only have the default icons from the OS...

Go into the Lock Screen settings: Settings>Lock Screen>Slider Shortcuts. Select one of the targets, press the icon, then choose "System Icons".

I'm still on the 8/21 nightly and this causes Settings to FC. But they've probably fixed this by now.

Yeah, it was dirty. A few flashes. 2, maybe 3? Not sure if I will have the time to clean tonight.

I did a quickie clean install, but I used TiBu to restore apps and system so I didn't have to monkey with everything to get my setup back. Still feels a little choppy.

Noticed that my wireless/data signal seems to be staying gray. No big deal.
